60-Minute Case Review with Your Clinician
This is where we put it all together for you. At the Case Review, we review your lab results and your health from a functional medicine perspective to further personalize your comprehensive wellness plan and determine the next steps.
Month 3
Implement Your Personalized Care Plan
Launching your comprehensive care plan can be complex, we know this from decades of experience. For optimal success, you will engage with our comprehensive support resources, including community classes, Q&A sessions, and both individual and group coaching. Reach out to your care team as needed.
Nutrition/Health Coach Follow Ups
Reconnect with your nutritionist/health coach as needed to adjust and enhance your diet and maintain the momentum of your wellness journey, ensuring ongoing support and progress.
Months 4-6
Clinician Follow-Up Appointment
Regular reviews of your lab results and progress to adjust treatment protocols and update your wellness plan as needed.
Continued Advanced Testing
As your treatment progresses, your clinician may order additional tests to track the efficacy of your protocols and continue identifying the root causes of your symptoms.
